Explore our certified range of OEM brake calipers, master cylinders, and proportioning valves manufactured under strict automotive safety criteria.
In modern commercial transport, light-duty logistics, and heavy-duty industrial machinery, braking safety relies entirely on hydrodynamic balance. An OEM proportioning valve acts as the central regulator of this balance. By dynamically managing fluid pressure distribution between the front and rear axles, it ensures that the vehicle halts safely under variable load conditions. Without a precise valve mechanism, heavy deceleration leads to rear-wheel lockup, resulting in loss of directional stability, spinning, and catastrophic jackknifing.
Globally, the demands placed on hydraulic control elements are escalating. As utility fleets run longer distances under heavier payloads, standard aftermarket solutions often fail to handle the sustained thermal and physical loads. OEM-grade proportioning valves must resist internal fluid pressures exceeding 1,500 PSI while surviving aggressive road chemicals, severe vibrations, and extreme ambient temperature ranges from arctic chills to dessert heat waves.
Established in 2007, Wuhu Qiujing Auto Parts Co., Ltd. is a high-technology, quality-driven manufacturer specializing in the research, development, and mass production of automotive hydraulic brake parts. Our roots run deep: our founder began specializing in the design and production of automotive brake systems back in 1996. Through continuous development, our factory has produced thousands of parts tailored for various road situations and vehicle makes, earning a reputation for reliability in global supply chains.
Our core mission revolves around the principle "Safety First." We strictly implement and maintain internationally recognized standard certifications, including GB/T19001-2016 / ISO 9001:2015 and the rigorous automotive standard IATF 16949:2016. This comprehensive quality infrastructure guarantees that each proportioning valve, wheel cylinder, master cylinder, and caliper leaving our assembly line meets OEM dimensional tolerances and durability parameters.

A comprehensive overview of our core manufacturing lines catering to passenger cars, light commercial vans, and heavy-duty trucks.
Designed for optimal hydraulic translation. Our master cylinders feature high-pressure primary and secondary seal cups to ensure smooth piston return and zero pressure loss.
Highly resistant to abrasive brake dust. Built with heat-resistant EPDM rubber boots and micro-honed internal bores to prevent seal degradation over thousands of cycles.
Provides precise mechanical feedback to the vehicle clutch pressure plate. Designed with low-friction internal surfaces for reliable driver control and durability.
Engineered for high mechanical efficiency. Provides responsive gear engagement and release by minimizing internal hydrodynamic drag.
Includes Load Sensing Proportioning Valves (LSPV) that adjust front-to-rear hydraulic pressure dynamically based on real-time vehicle load metrics.
Engineered for rigorous stopping force. Features heavy-duty piston designs, protective plating, and high-integrity seals that withstand extreme driving conditions.
Our long-term engineering approach centers on durability, precision engineering, and the integration of hydraulic systems with smart vehicle platforms.
We are developing next-generation load sensing proportioning valves with electronic sensor feedback interfaces. These systems communicate directly with onboard ABS and ESC controllers, offering mechanical redundancy with digital precision.
In response to international environmental regulations, we have transitioned our surface protection techniques to hexavalent chromium-free zinc-plating. This guarantees corrosion resistance up to 500 hours without compromising environmental health.
Our products undergo simulation testing mimicking 1.5 million cycles of hydraulic actuation. By logging micro-wear on piston rings and EPDM cups, we design products that offer robust long-term reliability under severe operating conditions.
Automotive procurement departments require a secure and resilient supply chain. Located in Wuhu, Anhui Province—one of China's primary automotive hubs—Wuhu Qiujing operates within a robust, integrated industrial cluster. This close integration allows us to procure raw castings, specialized heat treatments, and precision tooling locally and efficiently, reducing shipping overheads and mitigating raw material supply risks.
Our manufacturing efficiency is driven by automated processes. By pairing computerized CNC lathe machinery with dedicated hydraulic testing setups, we eliminate manual human error. This enables a production capacity of over 2 million brake components annually. We maintain quick order-turnaround cycles for bulk orders, supporting our global OEM distribution networks.
We configure braking systems to meet the specific environmental conditions, regional habits, and regulatory standards of each target market.
In North America, utility vehicles and heavy trucks navigate demanding interstate routes and haul heavy payloads. Our OEM proportioning valves for the US and Canadian markets comply fully with FMVSS 105 and 135 braking test parameters, ensuring stability under loaded highway deceleration conditions.
European roads feature dense urban settings, high mountain descents, and wet weather conditions. We supply valves and cylinders that meet ECE R13-H standards, utilizing specialized seals that maintain flexibility and performance down to -45°C without leaking.
In regions like South America and Southeast Asia, transport systems rely heavily on utility pickups (such as the Toyota Hilux or Isuzu NKR). We provide heavy-duty load sensing valves engineered for dusty roads, high humidity, and steep, unpaved terrain.
Leveraging 20+ years of manufacturing experience, we offer professional, integrated, and comprehensive service systems.
We own and operate a 6000+m² production and office area. Our 50+ staff maintain a yearly output capacity exceeding 2 million components.
Equipped with complete production and testing machinery to guarantee product performance. We offer two years of after-sales service support.
Strict quality control processes, flexible production scheduling, and robust supply chain integration, ideal for long-term supply partnerships.
Dedicated in-house R&D engineering, manufacturing, quality control, and international business teams ensuring smooth, direct communication.
Our manufacturing facility and automotive hydraulic systems conform to international safety and quality standards.

The LSPV is linked mechanically to the rear axle via a tension spring. As vehicle load increases, the chassis drops relative to the axle, stretching the spring. This movement increases the tension on the valve lever, shifting the internal control piston. This raises the hydraulic pressure threshold (split-point) sent to the rear brakes, balancing the system for the heavier load.
We recommend cast iron or high-tensile structural anodized aluminum (6000 or 7000 series). Cast iron offers excellent fatigue wear resistance, while anodized aluminum provides lightweight performance and corrosion protection. Combined with EPDM elastomer seals, this ensures durable, high-pressure performance.
We carry out comprehensive pressure decay testing, multi-stage air leak checks, and final dynamic hydraulic tests on every unit. We test each valve at its design limits (often exceeding 120 Bar/1740 PSI) to verify calibration settings, piston response times, and seal integrity before packaging.
Yes. By adjusting internal spring constants, bore sizes, and valve body geometries, our R&D team can customize pressure reduction ratios and split-points to match the requirements of specific vehicle chassis configurations.
